Steps to Creating Your Custom Guided Imagery CD

1. Answer the questions that help build the script
(I provide the questions to you)
Add any additional material you want on your CD.
There are 6 questions. These questions help you remember what will motivate you toward healing. They become your script, they become your 20 minute interlude and daily practice so you are downloading your unique images for relaxation, inspiration empowerment and hope.
2.Choose the background music from my collection or yours
I have 9 different options of ambient music that are especially relaxing and evocative. To hear listening samples click here:
You will have the choice to use these pieces or include your own ambient piece. The music must be ambient so that your brain waves can maintain a relaxed state throughout your imagery experience.
3. Email your information to me glenda@guidedimagerycd.com
4. I record the audio and send it to you
After you choose from the two purchase options below and send your answers to the questions (download document below)- I will record and mail your CD to you. You will receive it within 2 weeks.
If you are purchasing a Custom Guided Imagery CD for a friend---
I will mail them a gift certificate with a letter that contains the questions.
Once I hear from them, I will create their CD as a unique and inspiring gift from you to them
