Feedback from recent workshop
Thank you so much for a fantastic workshop.  I came away so refreshed and renewed and more whole than I have felt in a long time.  The guided imagery sessions were very healing and took me so much further along the path of knowing myself.  I was pleasantly surprised by the positive affects of listening to others' experiences as well.  Now I know I am not  alone in many of my thoughts and feelings.  I loved hearing from others around my age and stage of life as well as more experienced perspectives.
