You will soon have a customized audio to help you stay on track with realizing your goals.

To start the process of creating a customized audio we will arrange a phone consult to discuss your audio. You can tell me specifically about your current challenges and I will then ask you the questions from my template to get the information  needed for to write and record your audio.

You will be receive an email with the template of questions. Because we are having a consult about it, you can review the template and then wait until we speak. (There is no need for you to write down the answers unless you want to. I will go over the questions with you and I will write down the answers. 
 After I receive your answers, your audio will be sent to you within 2 weeks.

In the meantime, here are the 5 free bonus audios from me to you.  Listening to these audios will help you get started right away, using the power of guided meditation/imagery to help you relax and begin creating a daily healing practice for yourself. They may also give you ideas for what you would like to include on your customized audio.

Intro to Relaxation
This audio track is an overall generic body relaxation that is helpful to listen to when you need to be reminded that your body can relax and that you have the power within you to refocus your mind on a deep inner letting go.

Belly Breathing
Belly Breathing connects us with the vagus nerve.  The vagus nerve slows the heart rate and acts as a messenger between the central nervous system and the major organs. It calms the immune response and communicates with the muscles that control respiration and digestion.

“Belly Breathing” is a 15 minute guided imagery track that  is included on several of my CDs. The background music has a slow and comforting regular beat-pacing like the beat of your heart. 

Progressive Relaxation

Progressive Relaxation is a deep muscle relaxation technique developed and published by Edmond Jacobson in 1929. 
When we have anxiety provoking thoughts and events , our body becomes tense. The tense muscles, in return, increase the feeling of anxiety.
Deep muscle relaxation reduces physiological tension, reduces pulse rate and blood pressure, as well as decreasing perspiration and respiration rates. As our physical body relaxes, our mind and emotions will begin to calm as well.


Sleep into Dreamtime
"Sleep Into Dreamtime” was written to give you a calming hypnotic experience through music, imagery and suggestions for a deep and restful sleep….sleep….sleep…

When I need to calm my mind, a soothing voice, soothing music and images and suggestions for relaxing really help me fall asleep and go back to sleep if I awaken in the middle of the night.  This track has helped many of my clients and purchasers or my audios improve their sleep.
Findings show now that instead of insomnia being a symptom of depression - insomnia is a primary cause of depression.

Affirmations for Well-Being
This Affirmations track will help you transform your looping thoughts into focused positive self care. It covers health, relationships, motivation, and letting go. You can use this audio while exercising, doing tasks and driving. It is intended to help you stay focused on positive self-care. Your customized audio will include affirmations as well that are customized to you. This track may give you some ideas for what you want on your audio.
